Are you a highly skilled cheerleader looking for a challenge? Look no further than Planet Cheer Galaxy, the newest team added to the Planet Cheer family! Galaxy will be a Level 5 squad of cheereladers 14 years old and UP. We are seeking highly skilled tumblers high school to college age with a high commitment to the sport in the hopes of getting a bid to the Cheerleading World's in Orlando, FL! Should we get a bid, members would compete in the International category against other squads from all over the world! Participants should have at least 2 of the following combinations to try out:
Try-outs will be 4 weeks long on Sunday mornings. PLANET CHEER FINISHES AMAZING 2008 SEASON Congratulations to all Planet Cheer teams for the most successful season to date! Planet Cheer finished with an astounding 21 1st Place finishes, 1 World's Best Title, 3 National Titles, 2 Grand Champ wins, a "Top Gym" recognition award, & 5 specialty awards! Who said a small gym can't win BIG! We are so proud of our Planet Cheer family! PLANET CHEER CHEERLEADER "SWEEPS" IN ORLANDO Congratulations to Cat Haley who competed in Orlando, Florida at the "America's Tops" individual competition. Cat took home 3 National titles making her "America's Top Jumper," "America's Top Tumbler" and "America's Top Cheerleader" in the Junior division. She definitely made a name for herself, Planet Cheer and the state of Maine!!!! Way to go Cat!!!!
