Take advantage of making your jumps stronger, your scorpion higher and your stunting/tumbling skills rock solid with circuit training & stretches. Recommended for all cheerleaders who want to take their game to the next level! Only $5 per class! Planet Cheer cheerleaders are FREE! CHEER 101 This is a class being offered to cheerleaders as young as 2 years old! This 10-week program is a beginner level class for youngsters interested in learning the basic techniques of cheering. Students will be introduced to proper motion, dance & jump techniques, basic tumble & body control, and beginner stunt techniques! Next session begins Wednesday, Sept. 3rd!
